Amazing how easy they make it look. Well, my somewhat new, refurbished 4830 (I got a refurbished one after the original new Epson 4839 didn't work) doesn't bring the ink cartridge holder into the proper position so that you can get the ink cartridges out. It moves all the way to the right and is under something that prevents you from being able to get the ink cartridges out. I pulled the holder back, held it under the opening, jammed my fingers in the tight space they provide, pulled, yanked, moved it back and forth and finally got it out. Then, put another one in - the one that had already been used on the new unit I had to send back. I got an error that it didn't recognize the cartridge that EPSON sent with the printer! Needless to say, I fumbled with it more and finally cleared the error. I don't know what has happened to Epson printer quality, but these TWO 4830 units I've had over the past 6 months have been horrible! I will NEVER buy another Epson printer again. Back to HP or Canon.
That is my experience too and mine is only a few months old and it is NOT refurbished.
HP is worse. I went through two printers in a year and decided to give this one a try 😅
I totally w! I want to throw this horrible apparatus in the garbage right now! Lots of money WASTED! Never again!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
