I was really close to jumping aboard the RFK Jr train, but lately he has proven he isn't quite the centrist he made himself out to be early on. I like him taking on big pharma and rejecting extreme wokeness, but I fear he will continue the destruction of our economy (started by Democrats) by dumping billions of taxpayer dollars into pie in the sky, unproven "Climate change" agenda projects. That doesn't mean I'm denying climate change exists, but I don't see how creating many new "green billionaires" will help anything but the bank balances of a select few. In other words: if my tax dollars are going to "fighting climate change" I'm going to need climate scientists and other so called experts to put their reputations on the line by stating clearly that if we spend that money what effects we can expect, and at least a rough estimate of when we should be able to physically measure those positive effects. Otherwise it's simply a "feel good" transfer of wealth.
Trump needs to show compassion and heart and explain himself better and that would tip a lot of scales bc that’s what people like about Joe Biden, like me I’m not voting for either party and don’t care for Biden but one thing I find admirable about him (among many highly questionable things admittedly) is that he seems to have a big heart and seems compassionate and forgiving, at least toward some people while being ok with holding them accountable and not making excuses.
