Your first point is incorrect, I'm 100% sure that at Delhi airport and seen at other also that for "Gold members and premium economy" there is a separate queue and for "platinum members and business class" there is a separate queue.
There are 3 lines at the desk economy, premium economy and gold class and during boarding if u are a gold member you can go behind the business class passengers even if u have economy or prm economy tkt

Cant hold both - u have to upgrade it - can be easily done via fone call to customer care

You need to call Vistara and Axis for that. About 10K CV points ul get it in next bill cycle.
