Its seeing like you bagging and showing that you are not confident on himself 2nd thing if you were perfomer in company, company does not terminate you. sometime it happens due make sales pressure on candidates. So be cool and calm down, just do your work truthfully and if you face problems in sale, start doing basic work like 12 calls, 7 chemist and timely reporting.
