Ingredients:
1. Yolks of 4 eggs
2. Cane sugar 50 gr
3. Sunflower oil 100 ml
4. White wheat flour 250 g
5. Egg white of one egg
6. Cherry Jam 250 g
The shortcust pastry, that is prepared in this video, is being baked in the oven for about 10 min at 220°C.
