I believe the appear on the show during Bad news ( belle red hair ) , Midas touch ( natty blonde) and sticky era ( natty short hair ). . the show is more than dancing but their primary segment is called : random play dance. where they get 3 chances to dance to their discography in sync. that why there was a lot of KIOF songs, they also add the 2X speed in one song to confuse the members. . another segment is where some member/s sing or dance to other groups .
It's not that it's really old necessarily, but Natty was blonde for like all of Midas Touch era lol. That was the eras for pictures especially where everyone was blonde except Haneul who switched to pitch black hair and basically killed everyone, literally remember when those teaser pics dropped there were a lot of articles written about that !
Blonde Natty is in "Midas Touch" era, Red Belle is in "Bad News" era, Orange Julie is in "Sticky" era Groups when are trainning, they don't only do their thing but also others groups songs, so that's why in this kind of shows they know everything, most groups do the same, we can see reels, tiktoks, YT shorts of groups doing stuff from others groups. Don't forget Julie was a ballerina and a hip pop dancer, because of her rap skills is the lead dancer and Natty is the main dancer, but in KIOF roles don't have much importance, they almost do everything.... In my opinion Natty is a more of sensual dancer and Julie almost like a latina dancer (those hips...), that's why both together as "Jultty" are HOT FIRE.
