It is often used in legal documents to refer to a case specially one without an opposing party . 15:05 lawyer means someone who has studied or completed law degree. Advocate means a lawyer who has passed the bar council exam. Barrister means someone who has law degree from England .

In 2nd question, you told that AG be a member of a committee of the lok sabha. I think it is not right. AG takes part in any committee of Lok Sabha. Please tell me I am wrong or right
