I feel this! I recently gained 25 pounds over the last few years and I was scared to get into the ocean and walk in front of everyone on the beach but then I realized I have the right to do so!! My body is valid no matter what and I don't want insecurities to stop me from swimming in the ocean in Italy! So I did it and I'm so glad i did! I look great no matter what size I am ❤ and so do you. Don't let people rob you of joy because you're afraid of their judgement!

Another reason why I hate american society. People should be able to wear what they want without judgement. In europe, Asia, and South America, these judgements are a small minority. Look at beaches and nude beaches outside the US.
Not saying you need to have the perfect body but everybody needs to work to be healthy I'm not trying to discourage or put anybody down. I'm overweight myself but I've been losing weight I'm trying to get into a better shape for my overall health. But yes you should definitely not have to deal with people being rude because you're not in perfect shape whatever perfect shape means. But always remember to work towards being healthier because when you're healthier you're happier. God bless.
It really makes me think when people need videos like this. I don't know if this is a US specific problem but it's sad that grown people need tips on how to behave when they don't look like the "norm". Social interactions aren't 100% pure joy for the most part but you learn that growing up. Seeing that you have to put up mental walls and blame "the others" is a sad way to live. Other people can be brutal and unpleasant BUT it is your responsibility to yourself to deal with it. In a certain way you have to adapt yourself to the world, not all the time trying to adapt the world to yourself. This has worked for thousands of years without any problems and now all of a sudden it doesn't work anymore?
@@bakirev how people judge you won’t matter when you’re suffering from obesity related illnesses. CoVid certainly had no problem judging someone for being fat.
