Legend as always bro. Quick noob question, you said your strings were way too light for this tuning and I've never gone quite this low but is there anything else you'd need to do to a 7 string to start playing this low other than string gauge? Cheers
Sorta depends on the guitar. My solar has a 27.5” scale length so with thicker strings it handles low tunings really well. But I think as long as you run the thicker strings and set up your intonation properly your guitar would handle it fine
