I know, my Samsung too...i just can't get the same confidence storing stuff only on drives...i need cd/dvd backups as reassurance.
Does it work to just use as a disk reader?

@@OMNITEKthanks I work at Walmart and a lady came in and asked if it would work to read a normal disc. Now I know
I bought one of these at Walmart, it played 4 discs then tried to scam me for a 69.99 piece of upgrade software. I deleted that software and installed FREE VLC Media player. Problem solved.
wait...$69 for what...tu burn a CD,,,,danggggg...these companies are seriously loosing their marbles
