    Part 9: • Rooga & Vlad Go Back &...
    --------
    In this clip, Rooga reacted to Chicago Councilman Ray Lopez's proposed law that would fine parents of rowdy teens up to $5,000. He expressed that oftentimes, disruptive behavior from children isn’t a result of poor parenting but rather individual choices influenced by societal pressure. Rooga emphasized that even with proper upbringing and guidance, some kids may choose the wrong path. The artist underscored the importance of personal growth and development, and upbringing isn't always the determining factor in a child's behavior. He added that he would try to deter his son from engaging in notorious activities, including becoming a gang member. Rooga also discussed his "GD Anthem," which he sees as promoting growth and development rather than violence. In addition, he stated that he wouldn't allow his son to listen to it.

    From experience, I’ve seen that just having good parents isn’t always enough. I know people with great parents, successful, caring people, but their kids just CANT stay out of trouble. Then I have friends who were raised with no parents and were completely off the chain. Then they completely turned their life around and became something productive to society. I think it’s more often a combination of things.

      Once 2 people who have kids break up, they typically look to start a new life, the " new life" the kids become part of thier "old life" The kid might become 3rd or most important thing if that, At that point there's essentially a countdown until the kid is 18, the man dont want to pay child support and the woman need the kids out the house to increase her chances of getting a man, during that time period they're talking to new people making promises and accepting offers, when those conversations are had is the 13yo son or daughter an actual focus? ...it is really deep whether people want to admit or not

      @@user-mk9oy3io9sReally good point right there and I also think that’s one of the reasons people search for acceptance and purpose outside of the home. For example, they join gangs because they don’t feel as though they’re part of the home structure. A lot of this stuff is really cause and effect and it’s sad because the child is always the innocent.

If your a GD or gang affiliated but you keep that out of your house and you don’t want your son to be involved that’s cool. But your biggest song ever is the “GD ANTHEM” but it’s not fair to ask what if your son wants to be like you?

    Rooga is 100000000000000000% correct about you can have a good upbringing and still choose to do wrong. I've personally seen it as well. Every soul has autonomy and some souls especially youth get an adrenaline rush when they participate in anything that is taboo. I even had a good upbringing and come from a two-parent home and was choosing to be bad as a pre-teen but when I became a teenager I chose to straighten up and stay out of trouble. Most times from what I have seen our peers tend to be more influential than our parents. Because we what to fit in with our peers and being bad is looked at as being cool while being on the straight and narrow is looked at as corny and being a square. Rooga is SPOT ON!

    • @snotboogie2505
      @snotboogie2505 10 месяцев назад +3

      Nah alot of yall that say this are missing the point real bad. Nobody on earth would tell you that a 2 parent home with parents that are constantly instilling good values in their kids and are good role models will ONE HUNDRED PERCENT of the time result in amazing teenagers/adults. There are exceptions, just because exceptions exist doesnt mean that one scenario isnt better. Vice versa for example A single mom thats hoeing/stripping and leaves their kids to fend for themselves, those kids can possibly still be great but the odds are not in their favor. One scenario leads to better results, one doesnt. Dont act like it doesnt matter and that everything is just luck and coincidence
