I remember it's the scariest feeling ever, tho it's only last for 1 min, but feels like forever, stress, insomnia and anxiety are what cause this condition, but if any annoyance happened, it would disappear, hope jyp give them more time to relax

Sleep paralysis is a surprisingly common occurrence where there is a fault in the brain as it wakes up from REM sleep. It usually lasts a few seconds to a couple of minutes. Hallucinations are often reported as part of the experience. Jeongyeon is describing normal symptoms. Nothing to be afraid of. The good news is she has developed a technique to just go back to sleep.

I've had sleep paralysis just a couple of times in my life, but I don't remember any of them vividly. Only one that I had when I was a kid, maybe 9 years old: I was sleeping on the couch, unnable to move, and felt that something was coming towards me, something small but in human form, like a Dwarf or something. And I swear to god, I remember that it JUMPED over me, and I felt everything. Then I woke up in the middle of the night.

I've never suffered from sleep paralysis but my mom and sister have, and I'm always fascinated to hear how people describe it. I already have enough trouble sleeping as it is! I can't imagine seeing a literal demon standing at my bed when I'm trying to do it.

As someone with six sense. I rmb few year back after jeongni on hiatus there is one live when she showcase her home for some reason I am able to sense bad energy or may say that as ominous aura is in there...when she show her room. Due 2 language barrier I am not able to share with her
