Dried pollack potato egg soup, perfect for hangovers

*Main ingredient
40g dried pollack
240g potato
2ea eggs
*Seasoning ingredients
1L kelp broth
140g onion
50g geen onion
2ea cheongyang red pepper
1 ea red pepper
2T tuna sauce
2T cooking oil
3T water
1. Cut pollack into bite-sized pieces
2. Trim the vegetables, trim the potatoes to a thickness of 1 cm without being too thin
3. Grease a preheated pan and serve the green onion oil with the white part of the green onion.
4. Add pollack, 3T water, and potatoes and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes so that the potatoes do not break.
5. When the potatoes become translucent, add the onion and stir-fry.
6. Pour 1L of kelp stock and simmer for 7 minutes with the lid open.
