42:00 I also remember Fr. Phileomon who is now the abbot of the skete. He greeted me when I arrived in 2005. He was very kind and I believe that he was sincere. I do not blame him or abbot Joachim for the cruel treatment of the Russian monks. They were only little soldiers of bully Bart, who is the real instigator of the crime.

This is all very interesting. I have been there, so it brings back good memories. However, why not get a native speaker of English for this series? It is a bit painful to have to listen to such a funny Slavic accent for a whole hour or more. Besides, there are quite a few words which are mispronounced or barely understandable. Even the word "skete" sounds something like "skit" which is something else entirely. Also, at about 29:00 the music is so loud that the dialogue is even more difficult to understand. I tried to use the subtitles, but they did not make much sense as the mechanism could make little sense of the funny accent.

46:00 I feel sorry for the Greek monks because they are trying to establish a new heritage for the skete, but somehow it comes across as a bit of a production. They present their Greek manuscripts, but the skete was Russian and had many Slavonic manuscripts. I am glad that they kept at least one chant book in Slavonic, but of course, they will not use it again because all the services are now in old Greek. As for the church, it is so Russian and so beautiful. I hope that they will not ruin it with any overt Greekiness such as I saw at the St. Andrew's skete. There I saw some funny umbrella placed over some icons. I am not sure why the Greeks would do such a thing.

30:00 With the bell ringing it was very hard to make out the overly Slavized dialogue. I think that you were saying that at one point there were only 3 monks. This is NOT TRUE. There were at least 10. I knew one and that is what he told me. I am referring to Fr. John, an American, who was kicked out with the other Russian monks and left at Ouranoupoli - So much for Christian charity. Fortunately they did find some kind persons who gave them enough money for the bus ride to Thessaloniki where some Old Calendarists helped them.

58:00 The last statement must be the most bizarre of them all. How is the Moldovan and Russian heritage preserved in a monastery which is now Greek? Possibly you would like to elaborate on such a weird conclusion.

I am not against the Greek monks. They received me very kindly even though I explained that I was from ROCOR. However they should not distort the fact that they were set up to take over the Russian monastery with money from Bart, the bully. The reason why he gave them so much money was they were established because the Russian monks refused (like Esphigmenou) to commemorate Bart the bully who is a bosom buddy of the Roman pope. Can you blame them?
