Same. Lofi helped with my ADHD so much whilst in school. I wouldn't have graduated with such good grades otherwise. I can't take stimulants because I'm also Bipolar, so I'm stuck with coffee at the most. Lofi really helps with another edge.
Recently I've been listening to sad lofi whilst doing work but I got extremely headaches after a few hours. This is MUCH better and fills up my focus spirit. Thanks for the playlist! Idk why recently maintream lofi, i mean when you just tipe "lofi" in yt, all results are chilly kinda sad sleppy vibes, i remembers some years ago when the lofi scene was just starting most of tracks where like these, high energy happy, with most of them being samples from old 80s 90s hip hop..
