I agree with you. Go For The Top EDP is easier than this. Some people actually consider this the second hardest Double Difficult chart (after OTP, of course).
Replying to an over 6 year old comment here but yeah, this is significantly harder than the Single chart. Not sure how it is compared to Pluto the First DDP but one of the hardest Double Difficult charts for its time.
