In my build i will save some weight like in brakes (r1r), thru axels, ti screws but i will use some weight on seatpost, tire inserts, xx1 cable and conti's protection. My race hardtail is 8.8, your lux is a beast!

Press fit BB on a mountain bike. Basically it’s designed to fail so you have to get another frame in a few years. First thing I would do is install a Hambini BB.
In the end, I notice the pedals, which wasn't mentioned in the video. They looks like ordinary Shimano pedals. Even if it was XTR, I'd rather go for Look or Crank Brothers ones. Anyway... Doesn't matter! So... If I give you my address, could you please send the bike over. Don't bother about the pedals, I have the Look ones already. 👍🏼😎
Correct me if I am wrong, but all pro MTB riders have their bikes customized build for reduced weight? Like for example if I buy the top end Canyon Lux CF from Canyon's website, it won't be as light as Mathieu van der Poel's Lux CF which he uses in his races? Or like if I buy the top end Cannondale Hi-Mod Ultimate it won't be as light as Henrique Avancini's bike? The reason I am asking is that I can't find a mountain bike from an online store that sells a bike that weighs less than 9.5 kg. So in conclusion to have a bike to be sub 9 kg, parts on the original bike has to be replaced with lighter customized parts? By the way. Great Video!

Nice build, but why do you fill youre tires with milk lake that? It gives a big mess, with a syringe upside down on the valve its no mess at all. And did you notice that the color of the skiwalls are different?
My TrekSupercaliber weight 9.8KG with pedals, sealant, 2 water bottles, and a 500 grams dropper post + 50 grams dropper cable + 40 grams lever. and I have nothing exotic on the bike, I am a heavy rider and all my parts are common and I don't worry about them going apart.
