Do you still have fear foods? Any tips for overcoming them? It would be good to see a week of incorporating fear foods to show you don’t need to restrict before or after

As someone with celiac I just have to check!!! Your doctor had you start eating gluten again before your lab work was done right?!

@@dailydoseof_rose hi again! I just saw your insta story and I have been dealing with the same bs with GI health and docs! But I just wanted to reach out again because your doctor didn’t have you eat gluten for at least a few weeks before your celiac panel!! Even if you have celiac but followed a gluten free diet over time your celiac tests are supposed to come back as false negatives!! Just something to consider!! (But obviously I hope I’m missing some info & that you rly just don’t have celiac haha!😅)

As an RD I can say that years of restricting can cause “intolerances” as the body just isn’t used to those foods and lack of energy can result in poor GI function. By just restoring your energy intake and reincorporating these foods you will become tolerant to them, I have seen it a lot with ED patients and dairy/gluten who say they are intolerant then start to incorporate them and find they can “magically” eat them again! Restriction just causes further issues

You also don’t diagnose CD with an endoscopy… so whatever doctors said that need sacking!
