I connects with each and every word she said, i also has vitiligo and it's been around 3 years i stopped my medication and i took medicines for more than 11 years since 2007, Very inspiring story 🙏❣️❣️
Same brother I too have vitiligo and it's been 4 yrs I'd stopped my medication(diagnosed vitiligo when I was 13) and now I'm 19 yr old girl. Astha mam always inspire me to live free and I got control over my fears because of her. I mean the way she thinks, express herself with so much confidence gave me courage to do the same😇 Have a good day 😊
My sister has vitiligo since she was 5 year old. But she is so confident just like u .and by the grace of God she got her Mr right ✔ who know her condition but still love her unconditionally ☺
even if she had black colour skin, what's the problem .....black and white are just a skin colour .... No matter what your skin colour is,if you think you are beautiful , than you are!!!
@e so true.may be in the past she face issues coz of this.but after having a even skin tone actually she looks way better.more like a foreigner.with spots i am pretty sure her opinions would have been different.i guess karl rockz wife is a better example
I had narrow minded thinking, regarding my vitiligo. That's why suffering since my childhood. But today, I'm very firm & I have totally accepted myself, regardless of what people around me think. People will automatically accepts, if you accept yourself.
My maa has vitiligo....so after her marriage everyone thought that her child will also have this condition but me and my brother we don't have vitiligo....one of my relatives said to my maa that tumhari ladki se kon shadi karega kyuki tumhe vitiligo hai to tumhe dekhke tumhari ladki ko koi shadi nahi karega.... and then my maa cried and said this to me.... it was really so heartbreaking for me and my maa also but I said her that I love her so much so I accept her unconditionally....so that whoever will love me , he will definitely marry me.... this society is really so judgmental we shouldn't even hear to them....just love yourself and your family and always be there for them❤️ Hare Krishna ✨❤️
Talking about being judgmental...you will definitely reject a bald or short guy just by first look when it comes to marriage. They feel the same shit but no one cares. World is a unfair place so no point in crying.
I am amazed at how folks are putting her down by saying that the spread is uniform. She has grown up with an uneven spread, throughout her childhood. I can only imagine how traumatizing it might have been for her growing up. Even today, I am pretty sure she might feel it sometime. My father had the problem, I have seen it affect him as well. I might develop the condition myself, I just hope I have the same level of confidence as her. She is an inspiration.
Great. You overcome a very big hurdle in life. Now move on and try to find out the next level by understanding that "you are not a body, you are not mind too, but you are Atma"
I m also suffering from vitiligo... Since 27 years... I tried everything whatever she said...after 26 year... I stopped medication.... Still I wore full sleeve N cover my body as much as I can...Now I accept it.... N trying to wear my confidence... As much as I can..
Really inspirational. I hv been going through a lot of strain as my beloved grand daughter has got vitiligo. Thank God she is also facing it courageously. Thank you for this motivational presentation. Wish you all the best in life, dear.

Nobody is ugly, outer beauty is temporary. What matters the most is person's heart. How they react to each other situations. People always run behind pretty faces but that needs to changed. Many of us don't support people who have suffered some sort of attack, disease.. society needs to change their mindset and come forward to support these people🙌❤️
When I was in 5th grade I was diagnosed with leucoderma. I had white patches under my eyes and nose. I was told it could further spread as vitiligo. I remember all my treatment uv light therapy, tropical ointment and sunbathing. My treatment went on till I was in 9th Grade. I was so over it my white patches under eyes and nose was either changing the pigment nor it was going away so one-day I decided I don't wanna take treatment and told my parents I can't do it anymore I want to leave it alone I stopped taking any treatment and within 6 months it went away. I only got to know in my late 20's now all this time I was misdiagnosed I had pityriasis alba which is very common in brown skin kid's to have. My childhood days was so much suffered had got me traumatized for rest of my life.

the sad part is that we all know people now respect her because she looks like a white girl which is the preferred colour for men and women in a country full of brown people
I can see a lot of hate comments over here... It is easy to give a motivation speech if you have an "undetectable from outside" condition.
She- Jab vitligo start hua toh mai society ki nazro mein gandi dikhti thii, isliye mera confidence kam tha... Par Abb mai sundar dikhti hoon toh confident hoon
MORAL- Be comfortable with your skin, even though I'm clearly not qualified to say that.
Josh talks- Wow so inspiring, let's make a video on something which happened naturally and had nothing to do with your efforts.
I feel empowered after you walked us through your journey and how important it is to not care about anyone else and just yourself

Accept yourself.

It feels like I myself is explaining my story. VITILIGO is just my type of skin and I love it❤❤
Great. You overcome a very big hurdle in life. Now move on and try to find out the next level by understanding that "you are not a body, you are not mind too, but you are Atma"
