My stay at the Sundia Exclusive by Liberty Fethiye in April this year (2024) was absolutely the worst. Despite being labeled as a 5-star hotel on TripAdvisor, it was far from it. Located in Dalaman, the hotel was a complete disappointment. I was duped into believing it would be a luxurious experience, but it turned out to be anything but. The most disturbing part was the presence of bed bugs. I still have the bite marks as a painful reminder of my stay there. The overall quality of the hotel did not match its supposed 5-star rating. The food was poor, and the amenities were severely limited. My advice to anyone considering this hotel: avoid it at all costs! PS: I did enjoy the Barut Lara and Hemera (Stayed around 12 times before) but am next intending to go to the Rixos and Maxx Royal! Can't wait! Yet Barut generally is best for the money and very clean, good amenities for all ages.
I regret hearing about your negative experience. It is unacceptable and disappointing when luxury hotels fail to meet expectations and provide a satisfactory service. I hope you will have better experience in Rixos. It is a very good brand.
Been looking at the videos, hotels in sharm are much nicer from what I see, and much cheaper too with snorkelling and diving right from the hotel's beach.
Ok so now that I’ve been to Concorde, I can say that the food is nicer than the hotels I went to in Sharm. The food is also available all throughout the day at Concorde rather than set times. Concorde also put on amazing shows. The beaches, water activities (diving/snorkelling), desert safaris, and trips to Sinai mountain, are nicer in Sharm. Both should be visited.
@@traveleverywherewithme other than the main restaurant there was an outdoor restaurant by the theatre, and many other restaurants, small shacks, and cafeterias dotted around all serving food at different times. There was a burger bar next to the beach as well as a drinks bar. The bar by the pool was open 24/7.
Sorry to say it, but why do you think they have safes in the rooms? Even a 6-star hotel will have a safe in the room for the same purpose. It's your husband's responsibility, not hotels. Yes, I agree that no one should steal, but 8 billion people on this planet can't be controlled. If the hotel didn't have the safe availability, then blame the hotel, but hey, they provided you with a safe. If you snooze you loose.
If you watch the full video, I mentioned that it was his mistake not to put it in the safe. But anyway, stealing in a 5-star hotel where you pay approximately £500 per room is wrong! And the way the manager dealt with that wasn't right either. It made me feel it was common practice there. But we learned our lesson, and I always say that we never know why people steal; it might help some poor family. So I hope the ring at least fed some people in need.
@@traveleverywherewithme yes I did listen till the end before my comment. What ever it is, managers won't be able to do anything, after all they can't accuse any staff of theft. And they are not psychics to know who did it. I am sure they have asked their staff about it but when no one comes forward nothing can be done case closed.

Yes, but unfortunately, the customer service does not match the hotel.

Then I need to visit 😊. This beach wasn't good for snorkelling.
@@traveleverywherewithme yea I’ve been to a few different resorts there, really nice. But sharm is very hot at this time of year.

Thank you for the update. 😍 Were there many options to have food by the pool or on the beach? Since I was out of season, there wasn't this option.

Pekný hotel aj dobré služby , len prístup vedenia hotela nebol profesionálny a to im uberá na kvalite

Yes, very poor experience.
