Dear, I apologize for the English but I do not speak German. Unfortunately Genova - Arbatax route is no more operated since 2020. If you want to arrive as close as possible to Tortolí there is the Civitavecchia - Arbatax route operated by Grimaldi. If you disembark in Olbia and you want to reach Tortolí I can suggest you the road SS131 DCN till Nuoro and then SS389 VAR to Lanusei which is the fastest route, abt 2 hours, and road bends are limited to last part of the trip. 😊
