I've known this for years you don't need R6 and it requires delay, you don't need to jump constantly just wrap onto their head. Also it works like when you walk with someone on your head and they hover behind whereas they see themselves perfectly on you, because they see themselves still on your head whereas you see yourself now on their head you constantly boost eachother upwards almost fighting to stay on top. It can take a couple attempts but if they just keep falling then there isn't enough ping. I used to overthink the mechanics of glitches and this is how I remember it, hope it helps someone understand 😅
