physics + training + practise + mental/spiritual capacity of the breaker. The last part for the shaolin is through the roof. Their focus and technique and form allows this.

if you will look closely at the garden trim piece , that is about two feet in length, he is hitting it dead center, thus hyper flexing an already weak piece of particle concrete....the first part of the demo shows additional landscaping bricks being broken, its spectacular but in no means exceptional, you can do the same stunts....just visit the local landscaping supply store

they can break those easily because of the simple art of meditation. the calmer the mind, the less pain you feel and the stronger you get. it seems quite easy but controlling your brain pulses is something which is really hard.

This stuff is bananas! I dare anyone criticizing this stuff to try it out for themselves. Go ahead, try it! See what happens. The next thing they know, they'll be in the ER with the nurse asking them the reason they're there.

The skull consists of 9 main bones, it is not a single bone. The hardest human bone is the petrous bone (in your inner ear). The Os Femoris, your upper leg bone, can take the most strain/stress.
My second main quality is wise-assing.

simple art of meditation? dont make me laugh. I'd like to see a veteran buddhist do it. The Shaolin call it Iron Armour, which is basically the repeated conditioning of striking surfaces in order to harden them. The Shaolin learnt this long before Wolff's Law explained it.
