Quick question to both of the Vagabondzz. How do you prepare your fitness before each trek? What sort of exercises and how long before each trek do you start?
We normally do workout throughout the year but one month before the trek is mandatory especially for high altitude passes & for expedition 3 months workout is required. Cardio workout is best for trekking like running , cycling, burpees , squats etc .. Thanku very much for watching our videos 🙏
