Making a Christmas apartment for Main Street 🎄 Lego custom build DIY craft

- The Lego Friends Main Street set is the gift that just keeps on giving - I could add to it indefinitely. And as it is the holiday season, it needs a Christmas apartment. I have crammed as much Christmas into the small space as I possibly could. I also love that it has an empty-nester grandma living in it, who really rocks the Christmas decorations and the present giving for her grandkids. The story wrote itself! This Lego custom build was so much fun, and I totally feel the Christmas spirit now!
If you've just dropped by, I'm Ellie! Lego is an artistic medium and no matter your building expertise there is something here for everyone. Stick around and I'll build for you while I review new sets and create my own customs (MOCs). I tend to geek out about new pieces, get excited about learning new and interesting building techniques, giggle too much and just generally ramble. I'm easily distracted so things can get a bit hectic, but I'm sure you're down for that.

Hi Ellie, I just wanted to say that I've been watching your videos since 2015 when they first started coming out. I can't belive how far your channel has gone. I'm 13 now and I've been watching them since I was six. You channel is that absolute best channel on the entire of youtube.

Btw the icicle pieces came from the Disney Princess's Frozen Forever set! I remember getting that set when I was little and now love using those icicles for my winter builds! Happy Holidays Ellie! ❤️

A living room for a Christmas apartment is not enough 😂. This grandma needs a kitchen, a bedroom for her herself and her grandkid, and where does the Christmas pudding come from? There is no way to bake a Christmas pudding without cherries 😂
Imagine how tall it would be if I made a kitchen AND bedrooms! 😂 I might though…. The heart cookie is from the latest blind bag series, the minifigure with reindeer costume has them as an accessory 😘

I hate it when the plates don’t want to go together because I recently got the Main Street apartments that you are building on and one of my plates was bent ( it came like that ) and will not bend back 😢
