I don’t mind Lyocell, but can’t wear polyester, even in blends. If blended with wool, the fabric won’t be warm at all, but will feel clammy. It’s so hard to find 100% wool coats, especially with Lyocell or silk, breathable linings. I like a lined wool coat because a lining helps cut the cold wind a lot. I’ll probably end up buying an unlined one from The Curated, but the style, size and color I want are always sold out. Nordstrom used to carry great wool coats, but stopped about five years ago.
I feel you on the mohair! I love the way it looks, and I often give in and buy it. Then I return it again because it gets in my eyes, mouth, nose and food ☹
Such a shame, right! Those colours and that cut and the price, all just perfect. I sent it back heavy hearted. 💕

About the leather leggings, I think the better the quality the better they will stay in shape. I have a pair from Helmut Lang I bought many years ago, they are really good quality. I also have a pair of leather trousers by Helmut Lang. COS quality, of their leather pieces, is not the same.

I don’t wear contacts anymore, but still hate getting mohair in my eyes. Once in there, the fibers are invisible, unlike my brown eyelashes. It can take hours of rinsing with eye wash to get them out. I don’t usually buy fibers like that, but the style of this sweater is hard to resist!

I learned from buying my first leather clothes years ago to size down to the tightest size that I can get into. It just stretches and stretches with each wear. I choose my other items on the looser side, but not leather.

Real leather pants or leggings are my favorite pant to wear. I like them even better than old, worn jeans. They are like a second skin.

Hi darling, I had a lot of experience with leathers by H&M / Stories, they hold up fine, they might stretch at the knees
when I had very small kids that's what happened but it lasted me good 3 years, probably will be better for you too
washing - no, but I used to put cream on them, wondering maybe they will shrink if you put it in the freezer, but never tried that

The H&M coat is beautiful, but unfortunately not for shorter persons 😢 I’m 162 and the enormous sleeves looked ridiculous on me (size XS). Couldn’t even see my fingertips 😬

Love the styling. Will you tell us about the raey long skirt you’re wearing? I preferred COS’ version of a column wool long skirt. The material seems flimsy or lightweight. Have you found any dupes for raey’s skirt?
I have never tried the cos version but I do love the Raey one because of the firm and steady fabric. The fabric resembles very much a good quality men suits kind of fabric. 💕
The leather leggings look quite stretchy, so I would say „Go for it“! About 25 years ago, I bought a similar one for my 40th Birthday in my then size 34. Not only did it keep it‘s shape, it also „grew“ with me, because you gain weight, when you get older. Now I am a 38 and last year we finally had to seperate - my leather trousers and me. 😢

Thank you so much for asking me. I ended up selling my FS jacket. The H&M has a much better composition(100% wool) but the FS has a very distinctive cut and it is very unique. The H&M is less distinctive and therefor a more classic piece. It also is much longer than the FS jacket. H&M one is much cheaper as well. However, I would not compare them with each other because I think they are different. The design of the FS one is very unique and artistic. 🫶🏻

Hi, actually very soft. I found it softer than some cashmere jumpers. Also because you always will have something underneath it, I don’t think that it would be uncomfortable or itchy to wear. 💕

Yes BUT I would not recommend them even though I LOVE them 😅. They are not meant for long walks of course but I wished they had a strap behind the heel though. I have linked an alternative pair in my description box which looks like a better version. 💕
