Hi, I doubt it would hold it's value, let alone increase in value. It's a modern piece and a bit over priced. If it was £1000 or €1000 I would buy one for myself, but it's not really worth the £1900 for the metal strap version and the rubber strap versions a bit cheaper, but I find rubber straps split and rot with time, like all rubber does, so I'm not a fan of rubber straps.
This is a nice watch. Although, I personally prefer the Red Bull model that preceded this one, which I own. The blue color in that model is much richer. With a splash of red on the bezel. However, I must say I prefer the Arabic numerals on this model, instead of the plain indexes on previous models.

Total disappointment with the second-hand movement. Very low grade. a Tissot at 1/2 the price has a better movement and longer lasting time.
