I work at McDonalds, sitting at Drive-through and a young lady drove to me and had slitherin scarf so I said "hey, I love your scarf" and she absolutely lit up and said "I HAVE TO BOAST! LOOK AT THIS!" and she reached at her passenger seat and pulled out a HP bag that looked like a mini school satchel with Hogwarts logo and silver latches. I told her I got "ALOHOMORA" doormat for christmas and we quickly fangirled about it :D just so lovely to find friends like this :-)
I wish it was possible to buy separate items! My son is autistic and LOVES the color pink and loves Harry Potter and one of his favorite parts is watching Hagrid riding his motorcycle lol so that umbrella would be perfect for him! So clever!
I love the umbrella! Having the picture of Hagrid inside with Harry is super creative plus love the overall design of it! The lunch box too the art is beautiful
They've had some really cool stuff these last few boxes, but I'm still not sure if I'm back at a point where I would trust them enough to subscribe. It's cool to see what they're coming out with though

Those little headphone cases, are also good for mini first aid kits and a single serve med kit, just in case you have forgotten your meds that day, or to carry Tylenol, Advil, benydril even..girls a period kit, pocket tampon, midol, ib profin, anything you can think of that you might need and don't always remember.
Oh my I love this box!! I've never subscribed to any type of box. This is the 1st time I've loved everything! If I could get this box I'd get this one in a heartbeat!

My favourite item would be the headphone pouch I’d use it for all sorts of things really for the lunchbox I do like it but maybe split it into 2-3 compartments like one for ur sandwich and another for ur snacks made it a little bit better
I see a great use for the umbrella. I would use it as a parasol as I walked through sunny parts of the Magical World of Harry Potter at Universal studios.
The scarf is my fave item (even though I live in a tropical country). It looks well-made so I want one. The headphone pouch is next because of its functionality.

I loved the scarf, but the umbrella is very cheap. I buy more sturdy umbrellas at my dollar store. I loved the luggage tag too, the lunch box too, even if I wouldn't use it to bring my lunchs to my work. It seems to fragile in my opinion. I will put my HP pins in it. For me, the big winner is definitely the scarf. I started to use it, and it's so beautiful and warm. I am so glad I received this one. I bought it last black friday, but never received the first crate sent in December. I wrote multiple times to lootcrate, without any success to get another one. They only say to wait, even if it's already 3 months later.
I like this one I really hoped for a shirt but I'm digging the scarf to bad its this late in winter but I'll definitely be rocking it next year! I'm going to use the lunch box as a trinkets box and I have beats so the headphones case will be a change purse since way to small for my beats 😉 and the pin badge is officially my first pin badge what a perfect start to the future collection 😊😃
This box has given me hope and I have renewed my subscription. I even ordered the one off 1/2 price box. Maybe I already have some of the stuff maybe not. WISH this one was available. Also wish they had the shop for left over product.
It was a lovely crate the only problem was the umbrella it was very difficult to get it open. The tin lid is very fragile. I truly think they stepped there game up
I collect metal lunch boxes, and over the years they have gotten thinner because of how the handles have changed. If there's too much weight, the metal that's bent in to keep the handle on will start to bend out and the handle will fall off.

I got this box and generally agree with your assessment. The only thing I didn't like was that the headphone case looks cheap. The image on mine is off center and looks like a low resolution silk screen onto a generic case rather than an officially licensed product. I'm worried that with use the image will wear off.

I've never been super impressed with LootCrate. Non-officially licensed boxes are definitely superior.

Lunch boxes (in the 70's) were pretty thin. They were light-weight, and some came with a matching thermos 😊
