Great talk, great views and food for thought. I was shocked that the model actually hallucinates and creates events that did not happen. I tried the prompt about the Ghana earthquake and a similar one for my city but the model responded that it cannot find information about such an event (using gpt 3,5) . How come?

1:01:18 such a typical and common but naive and stupid question. Cheating prompts his naive question, "What are we teaching our students?" He acts like teachers are responsible to shoulder inherent mankind's choice to do the things people do every day. Why did you roll through the stop sign? The stop sign wasn't a valid goal. We "all of a sudden" don't trust our students????? Why does the academic integrity policy exist? Why does apa /Mla source citing exist? Why do speed limits exist? Because people NEED boundaries. Duh
