Congrats dearie. There’s definitely a problem with landlords and very dirty tiles, they realy put zero effort into thier projects these days. After rent there’s still soo much maintenance u have to do. Not withstanding very decent place. All the best bringing your new space to life, trust me it always comes together perfectly at the end , a day at a time.
For the cleaner she certainly is amazing , I was only concerned about how many things she had to arrange without permission which was pretty evasive, but not many people know they are wrong anyway. Glad u spoke to her about it and if there’s any help she needs to offer she can do in your presence next time.
