my brotha jb, ive learned so much about slip joints from you , though i do not own any myself here , its all great stuff n you keep em coming from the bottom of of our hearts , thanks brotha > tom !
When I first saw the Knife I said to myself, That has to be a Wharnie, was right, I also thought, is that an easy open, then I saw the Nail Nic .Nice Knife!
Looks like a modified Dogleg jack. I like the color of it! Love the shield! They are getting some great work on the Reserve knives! Thank you for sharing it JB!
Freaky looking knife there, JB. The real test is how it feels in hand, though. I have many pretty knives that are crap in hand. So if your hand loves it, it’s a winner! Nice strong wharnie blade. Appreciate original thinking in knife design - gives us more choices! Not for me, though. $20 is my happy place for a new knife. Thanks for the look!
Have become a huge fan of RR. Haven't bought a Reserve yet. Like the price point on the regular RR. Been exploring the Deset Fox series -- hunter, trapper and Barlow so far.
If someone was watching a knife video for the first time and it was this one, how many other ones do you think they would watch? Every body was new to this hobby at one time. Denigrating someone who is asking a question in order to become more knowledgeable, should never be done, especially with the tone you took.
Well....if you saw the comment or knew anything about me personally, you would know that it was not a question but a rather unkind comment. I realize you didnt have context before leaving this comment but it would have been a good idea
You know I love it! I hope Rough Rider keeps this up. They're approaching Rosecraft quality
Doing well for sure Jim
I am really impressed with this RR. Good for almost any project. The construction is out of this world. Thanks for sharing!😊
For sure William
Totally didn't expect a wharncliff. Almost Kukri-like with that handle. Passing on this one but psyched about the new 017!
I'm looking forward to it too Shane!
Fit an finish is great for sure for the money. Thank you brother JB
Yes it is!
I've enjoyed the last few RRR's you have posted, this one with the micarta work knife shaped blade is sweet. Thanks for sharing JB, be safe.
Awesome James!
Beautiful looking piece JB. Thanks for sharing, and have an awesome day.

@@BigRedEDC NO PROBS BROTHA ! > tom !
It does have an odd look to it. But obviously it works & the fit and finish appear to be spot on. Thanks for sharing.
It works well Shamus!
That looks like it was designed for looks before usability. And it really is eye-catching.
It's definitely usable!!
Alas my shape has shifted quite a bit over the years as well. Love a good Wharncliffe blade thank you JB for another great video!
Lol...mine too Jimmie
That is a darn fine looking slippie
Yes it is Mike!
This knife looks very similar to the RoseCraft Ocoee River Kayak knife including the color.
Right on!
Very different . Looks very well made !!! Thanks for sharing !!

Yeah it kinda does David!
Love it brother ❤
Thanks for checking it out!
The way the blade is cocked looks a bit odd but I bet it cuts much better that way. Thanks for sharing JB!
It cuts like a dream!
Nice knife, reminds me of my RCB Clinch River Swayback.
Thanks!
Thanks for taking a look!
Well, OK I think I like this one, out of all of them the best! Luv the shape of the handles, and how the blade protrudes out the end!!!
Right on Rory!
Very cool, I dig it!
Thanks radar!!
I like the look of this one shame its to big for UK, not such a fan of Wharncliffe blades but this one is nicely done and love those covers. 😁
That is too bad for sure!
Humm, interesting looking knife. Thanks for sharing JB.
Lol...thanks so much Tim!

Me too Charlie!
The name "Red chili pepper micarta" makes it seem much cooler. Glad you got that "show side" issue off your chest! 🙂
🤣🤣🤣🤣
Very sharp looking knife. Great profile. Would love to see some jimping on the spine. Thanks for the look. Cheers.
Thanks for taking a look!!

Looks weird, but in a Spyderco you only get it once you use it way. I really like it JB. Looks like a rope eater.
Does pretty well Rusty!
Looks good JB , thanks for sharing YAH bless brother !

That is a sweet looking knife. I love color of the scales
I do too Jeff! Thanks so much!

The different fox series of RR are pretty cool! Thanks Dave!
That part in the back probably has a boring name like "rear choil", but I like to think of it as the 'Pinky Seat'.
Works for me!
I would love it if you did a review of the rough ryder ink pen knife including ink refill information. Thank you.
I will have to look into that one.
Mark/ show side has shield . Other side is known as pile side.
Thanks for watching!
Now😮 that's interesting RR bangers
I'm digging it for sure
Gorgeous knife brother. Will you teach me the proper terminology? Just kidding 😂. Very useful knife. Have a wonderful evening
