- My camera ran out of memory before I finished the butterfly.
I used exterior Glidden paints on this.
To ensure the paint sticks to the stained wood, I primed first.
I plan to put a Marine clear coat on it once I order it. A basic UV protective clear coat will fail in a few years in full sun. You HAVE to go with a Marine quality paint if you want anything to last in sun and rain.
lol, I just realized how trashy that shirt looks, so I'm retiring it.
This was painted at my mother-in-law's house.
Lots of chaotic energy, lol
You can see their dogs, my daughter, niece, and husband all make appearances throughout the video.
Oh my goodness. This is beautiful. I would love to do similar to disguise and ugly building that backs on to our garden. Just don't have the courage to try yet 💞

I was wondering about which primer you used? This is beautiful! I’ve got a commission for a fence and any advice will be much appreciated!
Jody Allen I believe I used an exterior Kilz brand primer. Whatever is at Home Depot and made for exterior, and the strongest hold, since I was painting over pre-stained wood.

What finish on paint? Gloss, satin,flat?
Hey I need a few tips if you have a moment. I'm building an rv park with a 600 ft fence that I want to paint. I paint houses and have a commercial sprayer but I'm not an artist. I want somthing that looks like a jungle or tall grass with just different shades of green not all the details and shadows you did. Guess I need to prime the whole thing and do it in layers so it looks 3 dimensional. Got any advice or sources of how to video?? Thanks

Nikia Norbeta yep, Home Depot carries Glidden. And I had to order the marine clear coat through Amazon. I just read through reviews and such, to make what I thought was the best choice

Why the white paint? Is it make the colors last longer? Which one you got?
It is primer. If you don't use primer first when painting wood, the paint will peel and all will be wasted
