После высыхания готовых изделий через 12 часов нужно опускать в ванную с водой полностью и оставлять их там на 5 дней , так после полного высыхания конструкция не будет давать треск через время. Сами так делаем но мы ещё добавляем пластификатор , привет Вам с Украины.

Also thanks for telling us the ratio of sand cement you use! A lot of people leave that out. I am assuming that when you sprinkle dry powder on it is pure portland cement?

Always assume 1:2 cement to sand mix and you'll be fine. It really comes down to personal preference, within reason off course, a 1 to 1 or a 1 to 3 ratio is fine but 1 to 4 is too much sand.
