Greetings, Raecine! Thank you for this in depth breakdown of Alana's decks and their purposes. Like you, I have most of them, even the Wings of Wisdom. Wild Kuan Yin, Sacred Rebels, Divine Circus and the Isis Oracle are in constant rotation in my work. I greatly anticipated the Kali Oracle believing if anyone could open the door to help others better understand my matron, then it would be Alana Fairchild. As you and many others know, I was greatly disappointed in the rendition of what could be a very powerful and supportive tool. But I am glad to know that you have found the jewels buried within the deck. Again, thank you for your insightful and detailed commentary. Peace ~Queen Auset
Yes! I came in, saw the length of the video and proceeded to get my cup of tea ready. Thank you for commenting on the Kali deck. It was me that asked. I felt the same way about the deck as you, same reaction lol, it was sad for me to see other people tear down the deck when I was getting such strong energy from it right away, which is what matters. I understand general difference of opinion but sometimes it's not coming from a genuine place, because...internet smh. Anyways I'm glad that you clarified about the purpose of AF decks and what to expect/how to best use them, super helpful video as usual. Thanks again :)
I enjoy your reviews so much. In general I avoid reviews because I find other people's opinions tend to influence my experience with decks. Your reviews are very loving and leave it open to personal experience. Thank you.
Your review of the White Light Oracle convinced me to go for it, and I must say it is a wonderful deck! The feel of the art, cardstock, and the profound messages all come together beautifully. I will definitely be doing a deeper dive with these cards in meditation.
Delightful rundown of Alana's decks! I have many of them! My first was Sacred Rebels! Love that deck! Excellent info on all the decks! I appreciate your perspective!
Such an awesome comparison video, thank you! I had Sacred Rebel and gifted it to a beautifully creative non-conformist friend. I handed her the deck one day and suggested she pull a few cards. She pulled 3 cards and then sobbed for fifteen minutes. I'm absolutely in love with the images and the guidebook is so beautiful, but I'm not the right person for that deck. I have the Isis Oracle and Rumi Oracle decks, and love them.
I agree that deity evolves and I also love the Kali deck! It’s speaks so directly to my experiences it’s eery. I generally do love Alanas work and vibe. I know she gets some criticism but I think she’s a rock star and authentic and her work has helped me so much to trust in myself and life. Love her.
The White Light Oracle, I love it. I Found Sovereign Queen Maeve throught this deck and I now add her to my meditations, Ancient forest meditations. I love this deck .Thank You for showing her other decks :)
Thank you for this breakdown of Alana's decks. I have the Rumi and the Journey of Love and both brought me so much comfort after my late husband passed. I haven't used those decks in several years but now I want to pull them out of the drawer and give them a hug for being there for me. I've been waffling on purchasing Sacred Rebels and White Light but after your reviews I think I need them both. I just found your channel so I'm binge watching and enjoying spending time with you. Thanks again!
This video was exactly what I wanted, thank you! I literally searched "Alana Fairchild decks" and this came up first! I'm going to look deeper into Rumi Oracle Kali Oracle Maybe Sacred Rebels- I hear such good things about this one but it just doesn't speak to me. Isis- definitely at some point in thr future but I'm not ready yet. The Wild Kuan Yin Oracle is my first deck by her (and probably first deck ever) and I absolutely adore it. The original version that you have isn't available to get anymore-believe me, I looked everywhere- but I believe the cards and book are the same (with different backings!) but everything is smaller. Smaller print in the guidebook (perhaps to make it less overwhelming) and smaller cards- they were so huge before! This deck is what I pull when I really need nourishment and comfort. I always get a strong sense of support from this deck. I don't love the artwork but the book is so good that I just don't care. It's a 10/10 guidebook for me. 😅 I'm hoping I can find another deck from her that I love just as much. Fingers crossed, the search continues! P.S. Thank you for your presence on RUclips- you were one of the first deck channels I found. It's because of you that I have the Foxfire Kitsune Oracle that I really enjoy (even though I don't use it much). I appreciate your art and service. 😊🙏
Been waiting for this! Thank you for taking the time to do this. Because of you, my first Alana deck was Isis, followed by Sacred Rebels, which is my favorite deck of all time. It's helped me through a dark night of the soul, and a creative reawakening and rebirth. This deck never lets me down. I have a harder time connecting with Isis, but I recently decided to spend more time with her as I felt she was calling to me. Also have Wild Kuan Yin, which I agree can have a similar feel in tone to Sacred Rebels. I do have a stronger relationship with Kuan Yin now because of this deck, and I turn to her rather than Sacred Rebels when I need more gentle, compassionate and motherly energy. Now my conundrum is which deck to get next! I was all set to get Kali Ma, as I have a strong yoga and Tantric practice and I find it hard to find decks that offer connection to Hindu goddesses. But now I'm actually wondering about the Mother Mary deck, which as a former evangelical, I've never been interested in. It's really helpful to hear the take of another former Christian about decks. Thank you again! 🙏💜❤️💛🧡💙
Hello Raecine! Excellent video! Just wanted to let you know that there is a new revised edition of Sacred Rebels oracle. Same back, No Borders, lush matte cardstock! ❤️❤️❤️
Yes! I love the long videos LOL. Your early divine circus videos definitely influenced my purchase of that deck. Even though it took me a long time to bond with, for example, “cherry on top” it was so worth it. Sacred Rebels has made me cry before because it was so loving and encouraging. Kali and White Light are on my list to round out my Alana decks. I know you did a Colette Barron Reid roundup- are you going to do a Lucy Cavendish roundup like this? I know you had a series comparing a few Alana and Lucy decks (thanks for enabling me to get the Faerytale oracle BTW LOL) but if you end up having time, a Lucy roundup like this would be lovely.
I have the sacred rebel. I haven't worked with it much but thank you for sharing this information. I'm going to pull out and work with it on myself. Thank you I love her other decks as well. Blessed be🖤
I have the Kuan Yin Oracle, the messages are so specific and so loving I often cry, something none of my other decks elicit! I feel so close to kuan yin now I love her so much, she has helped me through the beginning of my journey. Can’t wait to meet Isis and Kali the same way
Alana Fairchild decks are my favorite! I have owned 11 of them, and Wild Kuan Yin (the original version with full guidebook Has helped me so much last year) Crystal Mandala (was very comforting during a very hard time of my life), Mother Mary ( very healing and helped me get through a great loss in my life) and Sacred Rebels are my favorite of her decks. White Light oracle and Divine Circus are my new ones from her. White light oracle is just all around comforting, healing and beautiful and the divine circus (went back and forth about getting this deck for years) is beautiful, esspecially the newer edition with matte and borderless (was not sure I liked the backing and borders on original which is one reason I never bought it) but I actually like the clown images in the deck you do not like, I always found something magical about circuses and clowns lol.
As always, a wonderful video 😊 I’m looking forward to adding the Kali Oracle to my Alana Fairchild collection once it’s released in Europe - it looks so beautiful and powerful!
Can I just say...DAMN!!! LOL! I have been wanting the Kali Oracle for awhile now, but when you started talking about it, WOOO!! It was like you were speaking right to me!! I got goose bumps!! :-) Definitely getting it SOONER !! Thank you :-)
Got my Mother Mary Oracle today, and oh, the energy! And it's matte cardstock, my favorite! THank you for the review (next will be Isis and Kali oracles, I need them, can't explain why)
Thank you so much!! Been waiting for this video, and you're doing a fantastic job in breaking down the Alana decks and compare them. Love the intro where you explain what Alana is going for in her decks, and how they like to be used.. As a new reader, it's easy to become overhelmed by all the decks out there. I bought the Divine Circus (old version) and sold it again. It did not resonate and many of the messages was blurry, for me anyway.. I love my decks to be more concrete.. Will try Isis oracle in the future, as I hear everybody rave about it! Take care, and thank you again! Mathilde, Norway
28:00 oh I need this!! I love the way you describe your decks. Can't wait for more "date your deck" you could do "BFF your deck" too (what kind of BFF would this deck be) I hope I can get the og deck because it has more of a circus feel. Prefer the backs and don't hate the borders.
The Journey of Love was so helpful to me in a time when I felt like the universe was against me and I was so lost and confused. The art and the messages were so uplifting and soothing to me. I use it less now but I’m sooooo grateful I had it in my life. That being said, I don’t have the Rumi Oracle!
This is a very helpful breakdown, I have a few Alana decks, want some more and so your review was really awesome for that. Could you also do a breakdown of Lucy Cavendish decks please? And maybe it is a cool idea to discuss about which tarot decks works best (good) with which oracle decks? Like you did in Tarot of the Vampire review. Thank you in advance, I really like your video,s.
Btw, there is a new version of the Sacred Rebels oracle out (just came out this january) It is matte and borderless! You will love it because the box image and backing didn't change either. I had the original version of sacred rebels but gifted before a move and then recently reordered the Sacred Rebels deck again (on amazon) and got surprised with the new version (was not expecting it) but I like it more than the original shiny and bordered cards.
@@lilithsmedicinalmoon2084 Yes, I just bought it on amazon. The listing I got it from had the old version as the picture, but they sent me the new version.
Hi Raecine, I love your comparison videos and your choices of decks. I have been considering buying the Lightworker oracle, but I can't find a proper review of it on all of RUclips... You say you had one on your channel, but I can't find it. Would you find the link for me, please? Thank you again for all your breakdowns and deck videos. They're always a pleasure...
Before you trim your Sacred Rebels deck, I think you should know this. There is a new borderless and matte edition of Sacred Rebels oracle. You can go over at Alana's IGTV videos to get a glimpse of that one. It is really stunning and beautiful. I don't own that edition as of now, but I do have the matte version of Isis Oracle so I can imagine the difference the cardstock and imagery would have. 💖✨
Just want to let you know that Sacred Rebels was re-released in a borderless matte cardstock! I have the second reprint in which it was released with a matte cardstock and different backing, but it has borders. I'd wish I waited now for this new borderless edition and the backing from the original was kept for the 3rd reprint
@@halcyon_distilled I believe Amazon might have the 3rd edition in stock, but I'm not 💯 sure on that. I would go to your local bookstore or metaphysical store to find the new reprint
Came across your deck reviews for the mausolea oracle (very cool, which also points out cleansing the first time - which I forgot some of the subtle nuances). Was introduced to tarot many years ago, but not sure if I understand differences and whatnot for traditional (major & minor arcana) and "oracle" type cards or decks if you could explain or expound on what, when &/or why they would be used at a particular time and reason 🤔
Also, I heard you talk about you walking the Left hand path. Personally, I don't understand what it means and would love to learn more about the right hand and left hand paths. Could you please recommend some sources to help me educate about these paths and how are they different from each other? Thank you for this lovely video. Always love watching your reviews. 💖🗝️✨🌻
(Not seeing my comments show up, sorry if this is posted more than once!) -I believe it’s what you’d call someone practicing dark Magick, or black Magick, also high Magick/ceremonial Magick might be considered this as well, if I’m remembering this correctly. I’m going to leave you this link for a quick read that might help understand the difference of “right & left hand” paths. 🖤✨ www.learnreligions.com/left-hand-and-right-hand-paths-95827
I loved seeing this! But I also love many of Alana's decks, as you know. Can relate to many of your choices here: Isis, Sacred Rebels, White Light, Mother Mary... They're so awesome. I gotta say my biggest surprise is how much I like the Crystal Mandala Oracle! 😶 It's so spot on and gives me exactly the messages I need at the time. But I mainly love it for the guidebook.😊 Oh and about Kali Oracle, I've felt a bit "ugh" about receiving a few messages on Instagram when I unboxed it. "That deck is problematic" and "you should watch the video by X where she criticizes it" - Huh like what? Why would I let someone's opinion overshadow my own impression and connection with a deck? Just not into that pushy shit. I'm glad you're enjoying yours!👌
I have Quan Yin and Kali, I need Isis. I don't know about the other ones, I might want the mother Mary and I do want the Wild Quan Yin, I forgot about that. I'll have to study the others a bit more before I decide. Based on your comments, Love Your Inner Goddess sounds like a good healing sacred feminine deck I should consider. Divine circus has got my curiosity. I do like a good shadow deck.
I love your videos. Thank you for this guide. 🥰Just wondering what do you mean when you say a left hand path? I looked it up and I can’t tell since the answer was very ambiguous.

I'm with you. I don't get into the drama of the unnecessary nit picking that goes on within the pagan community u_u. I've had to stop joining pagan groups on Facebook. It's not funny. We're supposed to be open and tolerant regarding all practices, paths and views. I've started to heal after experiencing toxic energy within the Facebook pagan communities. No one should speak for someone else. You are the one who should be in charge of your practice and path. Blessings ^^
I noticed that too. I've unsubsidized from tarot Facebook groups because they got infiltrated by SJWs. They don't care about tarot and only want to use the platform to further their socio-political agendas. It's sad that Aeclectic Tarot closed down. They didn't have that nonsense there.
I love your lengthy and in-depth videos. You have so much to share that I am happy to take part of. Anyhow, did you know that The Sacred Rebels Oracle has come out in a new, revised edition? The new edition is borderless with a matte card stock and an extra card 😍
if you struggle with self worth the Rumi Oracle is fantastic. it had me ugly crying every time i used it the first year i had it. the white light oracle is very direct imo. i also have the mother mary deck though i dont really connect with it. the images are gorgeous however.
I've seen a 'slave dancing to freedom' card in a flip through of the Wild Kuan Yin oracle that rubbed me the wrong way. But I can always get the deck, read the message for the card and if I'm still offended by it, throw away that card and rip off the corresponding pages in the guidebook, and continue using the rest of the deck.
I have been searching for guidance on how to work with each of my decks (Earth Warriors, White Light, Sacred Rebels, Divine Circus). Sacred Rebels seems to e my go to out of all my decks! I would like to know if you think I can work with any that I already have to do inner child work or may need to get another? I was thinking Divine Circus? For some reason the Lightworkers deck did not resonate with me so I gifted it.
Thank you so much for this! May I ask for your favourite poetry books and authors (poets/fiction etc.)? I have been watching back some videos and am really inspired in your book/poetry taste as well but have had a hard time finding reference to look up. I didn't want to take your time on it, I know you're very busy , but I couldn't locate/pinpoint names and book titles. If you don't mind, that would be so fantastic!
I love a recommendation they includes swear words! Kali is my main diety but I've always been in love with Isis... I mean what is not to love. She is breathtaking!
You're right on here. I am studying both Kuan Yin decks. I pull the non-wild once a week, put it on her altar, and read the guidebook everyday. If you don't own the Kuan Yin Transmission book, get it. It's holy.
And market the patreon account more! 😊 I'm a patreon of Raecine's and adore the monthly reading we get and also feel great supporting my favorite channel of all time on YT. ❤

excellent video 😊 thank you.

Thank you🤗🌻
I agree-that chalky, half-life artwork sux in the Circus oracle. Good call.
I just received the Kuan yin it is very interesting.
Hi Raecine! How do you feel about the earth warriors over time? Im eyeing that and sacred rebels, cant quite decide. 😊

Love your Witch Shirt.....may I inquire as to where you purchased it
Super helpful! Thank you! :)
Mother Mary is honorable mention 💗
@@TheDodoshwedo SJWs are the worst kind of snowflakes I've seen u_u.
@@amberlynn6923 I'm always happy to find other common-sense folk on the internet.
White light... need/want
Journey of Love: I like the light and also the abstract nature of these.
Rumi Oracle: I like the light in this
I love your lengthy and in-depth videos.
When you read for clients with these decks like as a clarifier, do you use the guidebook ?
You're right on here. I am studying both Kuan Yin decks. I pull the non-wild once a week, put it on her altar, and read the guidebook everyday. If you don't own the Kuan Yin Transmission book, get it. It's holy.
Thanks for mentioning this - I didn't know there was a separate book!
Alright then I need earth warriors too
😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
What deck would I need to learn to love myself spiritual?
I cut the borders off almost all of my decks. I feel more connected to them, and feel like they tell me their stories better.
Hi, I noticed that the link to your readings didn't work so here's this one: www.etsy.com/shop/IsisOwlMoon

You might consider a P.O. Box so we can send you cash and crystals instead of watching the commercials.
And market the patreon account more! 😊 I'm a patreon of Raecine's and adore the monthly reading we get and also feel great supporting my favorite channel of all time on YT. ❤
I am still figuring out how to adjust the ads! analog life lol, hopefully now it is better for everyone!
@@rootsofaurora Love you girl!
Am I the only one that dislikes Alana?I find her decks totally impractical to everything..but i respect the artwork
