- Metronomy's Joe Mount brought along Michael Lovett of NZCA Lines for this very special performance, with the latest single from his album Summer '08.
The album is the first new material since top ten LP Love Letters, and this slinky stripped back performance is one of the first times Metronomy have performed the tracks live.

This album is basically a Mount solo project. All synth. There is however, a cool of VT of Anna drumming on a version of 16 Beat in Paris CdG airport baggage area.
Mark Treveil I know Joseph made the album by himself, but I mean, it's atracttive to see all the guys playing together too, like in the Love Letters phase... just saying

It would have been better if Mount did let his ego go and let others contribute to creative process. But unfortunately he forced everybody out of the band by doing everything by himself. And actually Mount has bad voice. His voice is non-diverse, it's always the same on every track. Voices of his ex-members of Metronomy are far better and interesting tonally.

robertwill23 you're a fucking idiot. this album was a collection of unfinished old songs. the band is dropping a new album next year. for now, they're touring Summer 08.
robertwill23 where are you getting ex-members from???? Metronomy is the name of the band AND just Joe himself. Anna, Gbenga, and Oscar are still in the band although they're not in this particular video. it's fine not to like a band but you shouldn't go around claiming fake facts about them
