I had an ls460. I went through 4 sets of shocks. Lexus would not replace all . They told me I have to wait until til each one goes. Each one did go and it took three months for the shock to show up. In the mean time I drove a vehicle with a horrible shock and the car would make a thumping noise over every bump for three months until the replacement arrived. I remember one day I had water in my trunk and I took my vehicle to the dealer. I was told that I needed apiece of rubber. It took another three months for the parts to arrive. I was so fed up with Lexus service that I switched to Ford and Ram . I would not recommend the LS until Lexus has inventory on hand ,
Ok except for the rim and tire combo extremely low profile tires. Lexus and Toyota are killing the soft ride they had now everything is F or Sport BS. No more comfortable ride, like the Avalon R.I.P. now the Camry SPORT SUCKS it kills your back. Toyota will you ever listen to the customers. Step back from the “ F AND SPORTS “ go back to soft suspension. Forget about 20 inch rims and low profile tires. Not in the real world.
Yup you're correct, I own a 21 Acura TLX Type S & it comes with 20 inch wheels, tire size 255-35-20 & even though I put my setting on comfort mode I can still feel every bit of the road and what I find myself doing is trying to avoid every pothole and bump that's not easy here in New Jersey, so yeah Lexus will probably lose some customers because of that
