They are Step sisters. If they are Biological then they would be similar. The Dad is Elle Dad and Mom is Emma mom so Dad is Step Dad to Emma.

Why does everyone feel like they have to attack these girls personalities?! Ellie is honestly just a normal teen with a bit of attitude and dry humor. I really wish people would stop comparing these girls. That’s so mentally draining for siblings. My brother and I were polar opposites and it drove me nuts constantly being compared to him. I just hope these girls never let it bother them. Especially Ellie seeing as she’s the one that gets the short end of the stick when being compared.
