The Lynch King is the villain from the Disney movie(The Black Cauldron) which was one of the companies much Darker films to date..
And Hades I'm not exactly sure,why he's "Dead Dead.." lost in the river of Styx. .. but I have a few theories: 1# he was lost in the river of souls after his battle with Hercules,who went to grab her soul(Megara) from the underworld. 2# Hades was killed in the episode of Once,where Regina/the evil Queen/and her sister the Wicked Witch of the West(who was Hades lover in the season) the Wicked Witch with help from others used the "Olympian Lighting Bolt" to blow away Hades *corporal* form and thus turning him to ashes(he was than lost in the River of Souls)..
Maleficent lost her wings,cause Stefan betrayed her, thus cutting off her Wings(that's why Deival is her eyes and wings) flying around giving her clues and whereabouts of people,allies and enemies..
She's probably going to trade the Dice for her ability to turn into a dragon/phoenix to get her Wings back either from the Weird Sisters(who are also mentioned in "Black Cauldron* movie or trade the Dice to get Hades back,and he'll give her the powers and her wings.. plus owing her/Evil a Huge Debt to deal with Ursula

I agree 👍💯 Maleficent definitely won: Queen Grimhelde keep blaming others for her mistakes: "If it were not" for me, maybe think what if You'd be still at the moment be at the bottom of that cliff, just a sad ole tale all beaten up and impale all cause you fail, this is the story as I recall(she sure was trying to get the cobwebs out of her eyes) 😅ole Queen..
The deal that Maleficent made against King Stefan,was finished! Chernabog gave her the power of hell itself, while Hade made the Draught of Living death sleeping Potion(Again the Ole Queen clearly forgetting) 😅
Hades was the one who created the potion(unlike Izma) to turn gods unto mortals: it's found in the blood of ancient Bull ♉🐂. Zeus had it protected for centuries,than it got killed. Hades found the corpse and claimed the body for himself(you can find this story online)
There are creatures, unholy ones too that Render other beings powerless.

remember the villains need a descendant of a "God" to use the Black Cauldrons powers: Maleficent she can use it cause her Ancenstor is the Phoenix(The Primordial Being of Life,Creation Death and Destruction)
Hemilde(evil Queen) she can not use it,but she can trade it for something she Desires(which is her Freedom of the Legal Binding Contract with Ursula)
How many Descendants of Gods are there to be canon with Disney: Uma,Mal,Percy Jackson,Hercules,the son of Hermes,the daughter of Zeus,the daughter of Athena or Artemis,..
