@thebrokendoll871 I've thoroughly enjoyed watching your content today. 😊 Us vintage doll collectors are always learning ways to restore and preserve. I love rescuing dolls from going to landfill, giving them more years to be enjoyed. I just learned today that soaking a really desperate case in denture cleaner (Those fizzy tablets) is worth a try. 😂😂
Hi Tammy I'm so happy to see that you are using the goop that I recommended to you for the dolls..I love the goyo a bit better though, although do work almost about the same...Keep the videos coming!! Blessings from Florida
Goo gone is also called waterless hand cleaner. Only use original formula and, never use the one with Pumice. These dolls are leaking out some of the plastic-sizer from the chemicals that where used in them. I am mostly seeing this in the softer materials like those used in the heads. I don’t think that is a fix for this.
I have done this to several of my dolls and am having a great result so far . To leave them as is ... is also not a solution. I have went back several times to touch my dolls to see if they were sticky and they are doing great . So this does work .
Thank you for sharing,I have watch that video and it is lovely how he puts her hair up.
Thank you for this video.
UK here, the hand cleaner is called Swarfega over here. My dad was a car mechanic, and I remember it well. ❤
Interesting!
Great Video. ;-) She found a good home! Videos like this one save dolls from the Landfills! GOOP is such a good product, non toxic and biodegradable.
I have used powder fabric dye (Rit) on a vinyl doll which had gone white like this arm. The results were great too! ✨️😊
Good to know!

I read you should not use cleaners containing pumice. Pumice is a little too abrasive. Gojo Natural Orange contains pumice. Gojo Original is best.
