For the two Gulfstreams, I believe the going percetage for purchasing multiple starts at either 2.5 or 5% off. The number increases as you go further up. For the two Chally's, they were bought by NetJets, which trend to buy in batches of 10 and 25 Depending on the aircraft size). Unsure what deal NetJets received for their 2015 and 2018 Challenger 350 orders however.
Personally I would add a Dassault Falcon 900LX. It's a beautiful tri-jet with a range of 4,750 nm. Enough for a non-stop trip between Seattle and London or Paris or Tokyo.
My company had a 900LX and a 7X. Great jets! Flew Naples to London several times non-stop and New Jersey to Sydney with a stop in Anchorage. Only way to fly!

I get the argument but what is he supposed to do fly commercial? Acknowledging first world problems. Commercial flights are already disruptive for us. Bring celebrities and billionaires into the airport terminal with their entourage would make it worse. He can afford to have 1 plane ready and one in maintenance. Given the miserable experience everyone has on all airlines these days, why not travel via private air if you have the means? My own dream collection would include (1) Airbus H160 helo, (2) Pilatus PC-24 short range jet, (3) Turbine Beaver on floats and, (4) at least one Gulfstream G700 or G800. (Maybe a tricked-out Boeing BV234 also, since that's what I used to fly in the Army.)

I dont know about that, from what it is said, it is in a need of major repairs now. I know it's bigger, but it cost 18 to 20 K an hour to fly. Then again, if you had Bill's money, that should not be a problem. Bill's planes are smaller and quicker and can get into smaller airports if needed. Flexjet is another good company as well to do partial ownership. And being a JetCard members is also nice. Again, let another great company maintain those aircraft.

Correct. Personal security is an issue as well. Time and Convenience are major. A Gulstream 650 costs about 8 -$10,000 per hour to operate.
I thought the Sidney to Tucson longest flight record was done with Bombardier’s Global 7500 not a Gulfstream.
