Check there is a backlight logo on space button, Use Fn + space button to turn on backlight.

Graphics can't possible to install in any laptop. and ram can update in some models, in this laptop that is also not possible.

Yes it can but you feel little lag.

Budget 60k ke aas paas hai toh RTX 2050 aajayega nhi toh usse upar RTX 3050 aur 3060 ata hai

Which one should I buy?
I will suggest Lenovo i7 H processor laptop for best performance.
If you're looking for best multimedia Laptop (Video consumption) go for OLED laptop.

I don't prefer OLED displays it shows over saturated colours, IPS display best for natural colours. So choose what you like.
Swift 14 has i5-13500 processor which comes with integrated iris 80eu graphic card, slim 3 comes with uhd graphics 64eu
Their igpu scores are 1.86 vs 1.54 around 33% better for i5-13500H, which is closer to GTX 1650 scores 2.4 i would suggest to go for swift cuz is cheaper to buy too
