Great build, I love the way you take each component down to the necessary minimum, I'm pretty sure that the electrodes will burn out pretty quickly, I think if I were to make one I would design a replaceable electrode assembly, I think if you use platinum wire then that should work better, it's not cheap but I'm sure it's used on some catalyst lighters but maybe it's too thin?

Согласен, но не со всем. Микросхема с платы зарядки является линейным стабилизатором тока и сильно греется в процессе работы. Под ней на плате имеется даже специальный полигон для отведения тепла. Сама плата выступает радиатором для микросхемы. Убрав полностью плату и не обеспечив теплоотвод для микросхемы автор сильно ухудшил ее характеристики. Теперь из-за перегрева микросхема будет снижать ток заряда, что приведет к большому увеличению времени на зарядку аккумуляторов. Мощность самой зажигалки, кстати, вышла не очень - низковата частота генератора.
Представляю отечественных умельцев где то в оСколково, после ящика водки и просмотра этого канала они решают сделать то же самое и у них получается!криворуко но зато прогрессивно!И п ТВ потом их покажут как изобретателей новейшей зажигалки, и вручат ордена за криворукую подделку🤣🤣🤣🤣а автор канал молодец🤗всё гениальное просто🙂

The average person wouldn’t know the components you used or where to find them. You had notes on screen but not vey detailed. You should add some voice to help people to better understand. Use old spark plug electrodes, iridiums would be mad! :)
i think the electrodes are replaceable as they are secured with a screw only
