Trev, I haven't watched past the 1st bedroom stuff yet, to see if you figured it out, but I have to write this!!! The setup in the room was very understandable to me! You were supposed to put the TV stand against the wall, on the left hand of your desk. Place the TV above it on the wall, then the coffee table in front of the TV stand and the 4 poufs behind the table. So you're supposed to place the Gaming Console on the TV stand, and the controllers on the coffee table, and boom! You have a gaming setup for you and your friends! As for the simple chair, I would place it next to the wardrobe, to throw clothes on, and when I had someone who'd want to sit next to me on the computer, I'd move it so they can watch.

I'm working on this house right now and I really like how you set up the library! I never thought of putting the fireplace under the windows and struggled putting all of that stuff in that tiny room! I made the living room a bit more colorful with light green as the couch and chair color. I enjoy watching you do this because you go so much faster than I do! Of course, I'm sure you edit a great deal of the grinding out, but that's the beauty of us viewers getting to watch someone else do all the work! Great video and I'm looking forward to the kitchen renovation. That was a pain for me also, and I'm curious how you handle it. (I wish these people would use more colors when it comes to paint and tile. Everything is either white or grey! And I also hate that dark flooring that is always chosen! In the previous game, never once did I choose those colors or that floor paneling! )

Trev next time you get a chance at house like this and make another gaming area if you've more money in budget in end you should go all out on it way you would want it set up

You should've put the second chandelier in the hallway but that looks ok as well also you could have gotten two fire places and connected them to look like one and center it
