Depends on the run, I did Diralisen many times. We do 2-3 hour runs with everyone getting 5-10 tattered, 1 or 2 sigils from named NPCs, and some other loot we split like the crimson runic leashes and jewlery items at the end of each run, plus ~1k gold an hour from the loot piles and enemies.
