This did not reset my 'Baseus Bowie MA 10s' earbuds. I was able to connect the earbuds to my phone once, then "UNPAIRED" them to try and install and use the Baseus app. This app DOES NOT HAVE "BOWIE MA 10 's' " just BOWIE MA 10 'pro' anyway. Cant connect to phone, lights no longer light up on either earbud, holding the button down no longer enables/disables ANC mode etc. HOWEVER!... when I remove the earbuds from case, new bluetooth device shows up. When I try to connect to it by tapping on it, message pops up saying "app required to use this device".
I did clean. I did restore factory setting but my left earbud still have weaker sound than right side. Helpppp
