It's 50/50 if you play tens of thousands of hands and add them all together as in you'll see close to 49% player and 51% bank (bank has the edge). But the reality is as soon as the deck is shuffled the shoe is set in stone and I have seen 2:1 banker and player shoes which are not uncommon at all. I have seen a player streak go from middle of the shoe all the way to the end, 21 wins in a row, and in that streak and others alike I see people lose a fk ton of money fighting it. If you play baccarat you'll know that there are long streaks and super choppy shoes and each one is played differently and if you manage your money right you can come out ahead pretty well. Of course most people tilt and can't handle their emotions (99% will tilt at least once)

Here's my question. Is baccarat a "zero-sum" game? And by that I mean if the first half of the shoe is heavy on PLAYER wins, does that mean that the second half will be heavy on BANKER wins?
