love highlands man! it’s a dope spot. i’m fortunate to live 20 minutes from there so i go about twice a week, and as a new rider, i feel like i get so much better every time i go
@@f3verMonkey yup!! it’s definitely a blessing! and it’s the perfect place to give my little tractor of a TTR-230 some hard terrain to climb. how is the camping? i know it’s popular so it must be a relatively pleasant experience, but ive thought abt doing it with my family just for fun.
I have been to Durhamtown. I prefer Highland Park because it is NOT flat like Durhamtown and Highland Park has lots of motorcycle only single track whereas Durhamtown has a lot less motorcycle only single track. To quote the dude: 'That's just my opinion, man."
They lost 14.2 million dollars in a law suit over about a kid who got hurt in 2014. They never paid and apparently the feds came in. Really sucks it was a nice place
@@josephgross3638 yea I was there twice last year..I really liked it..it sounds like somebody died or got hurt and hadn’t “signed” a waiver..its all legal BS..what a shame..the fed is trying to end anything fun that has a gas engine.

Wow 20 minutes away? Awesome!!! I love HP. 127 miles one way from my house to HP. That's why I like to camp there.
