Gary is getting ridiculously attractive as he ages. His writing, his behavior, his intent... he’s just a stunning human being. I just want to take him on a long distance hiking trip and share some uphill swearing. He’d be the most fun company ever.

I can't explain how I only "discovered" them since they were on James Corden-at the age of 61!
I am thrilled that I had the money to pay for tickets for their show in Toronto!! (They are the only band I am listening to-the soundtrack of my day.)
I knew from first listen that this band is the real deal (goosebumps) and you will be hearing their songs for decades folks.
Such brilliant lyrics… so much wisdom from the school of hard knocks.
P.S.- If you want music of this calibre you have to support the artists for their years of dedication and sacrifices-pay for their songs and see them live! (Right now I am plotting how to bump into them at the stage door! I have such a crush on Gary! Hehe)

Well, I’m 80 and really late to the party. Know their hit CHASING CARS, but nothing else. Then Spotify recommended one of their later songs I THINK OF HOME and I loved it and played continuously for days, so then started exploring their body of work. I feel like I’ve discovered gold. Wonderful songs, a voice that hugs my soul and I’m so pleased to have joined the party.

I’m 57 and fell in love with Gary during the Covid thing. I’m either eating chocolate or watching SP/Gary videos! I’m also in recovery...and my father-in-law has dementia now - and I’m half Irish. Too bad I’m married and old. Darn the luck! 😆😐😀😎🙃🦋💜🌸✌️

I know a guy who runs a radio station here in North Germany. If Snow Patrol would touring here, they could make an acoustic radio sessions like they do in the US.

Thanks for the upload! I got to ask: what is this alternative lyrics of "open your eyes" when he starts singing "oh I love you, i'll always love you"? Does anybody know where this came from?

I’m not really sure where it came from. There are videos where he describes the background behind his songs. I know one he wrote to/for his therapist. But Open Your Eyes was written by the entire band back in ‘07. It could have been an ex? I can’t remember. But he sings it every time even though it’s not listed as lyrics.!💜❄️💜
The lady singing during Run is the original videographer. She is a very lovely soul. She gave me this entire show since my daughter was the one he dedicated SET THE FIRE...to. We were in front on Gary. 💜❄️💜
