Great video, as always Phil. I do share your concerns with losing Finn, as he has really grown into the team. It does have parallels with the Morgan Rogers situation from last year. Although we replaced Morgan (with Azaz and Doak) it did take 6 months and we suffered in the second half of the season without him or a replacement. Hopefully Azaz will fancy his promotion chances this year as a better option of playing in the Prem next year, rather than going to a relegation-threatened team in Jan and being back in the Championship next year. But if interest does come in, I'd just ask the club to have an immediate replacement lined up. I'm not convinced Burgzorg or Hamilton are good enough, so think we would need a backup plan to mobilise in Jan. In an ideal world of course. Fingers crossed it doesn't come to that!
More chuba akpom. We didnt miss Rodgers much and he wasnt instrumental to the way we play. Azaz is one of best oplayers in league, is smashing the stats for us and would be a huge blow if we lost him, just like Chuba

One thing that might put PL clubs off is imo when he came on against England he looked a bit light weight. I know the game had gone for the Republic by then. They were down to 10 but just a thought. I must say I’ve never seen boro be so staked with assets like what dose a rav hackney lath Azazs Conway eventually morris go for we are sitting on a gold mine while the new sustainable model has had 1or2 faults like with Matthew hoppe or relying on loans at the start it’s refreshing to know our clubs in a good financial situation for the years ahead
I think it depends on where we are come January. If we are right up there for automatic promotion I don’t think we are selling anyone, if we start to stutter a bit and there starts to become a risk we might not be on for promotion then there might be a feeling to cash in if we’re getting £20m offers. Obviously promotion is \worth more than that to us so I think Gibbo will hold firm if we continue our form.
I think in todays market he’s a 20 mil player minimum I could maybe see a Southampton reigniting there interest in him as they were also said to be interested in him before we got him from villa
I agree Phil...No panic to let Azaz go or any Boro player tbh....But money talks and every player wants Prem football....But price wise I'd be saying 20 to 25 Mill to let him go...But hopefully he along with other Boro players all stay put for now....What will happen if we don't gain promotion God knows but will be hard to keep them then
