I like this bootleg. Not one I've heard before. I have the rare Embrwo bootleg. I may sell it one day, but it's a great concert.

I love Roggie near the end before "Saucer", LOL! A bit of "'tude" and yet his speaking voice is weirdly kinda hot. Also, that messing with "Nile Song" guy...
LESSON TO FANS: Roger don't do requests. Don't ask for "Nile Song" because he'll play one note and move on. Don't ask for "Careful With That Axe" at a latter concert while blasting fire crackers or he'll freak out and spit on you.
... Bands have a set "set" for concerts, you see and they like having artistic control... even if Roggie is one cranky horseboy.

According to TVTropes, during Roger's "Raging Pict" routine (starts around 44:29), he jokingly puts in a bit about wanting to kill Nick, but I can't make out anything he's saying (apart from references to Hanover and such near the end).

If someone can point out when, what was said and a transcript of the rant, I would appreciate it because the whole thing sounds hilarious!

I'm wondering if it has to do with the "Tea Incident" where Roger said "Yacht" and made Nick blow hot tea out of his nose. I think I hear "tea from England tea from West Germany...". There's a thing on RUclips explaining this funny moment so I'll update or change this YT comment after a bit of research...
... Ya know, the more I listen, I think the whole rant is about the hot tea incident.
But what about at 42:40 when he says "and tell about the master race" when addressing what are basically the offspring of Nazi Germans, to an absolute stunned silence. That is hilarious.
